I would like to congratulate you on the quality of the course. I have been to a couple of others and I think yours was best value. Having lived in India, I know something about Indian food and cook it from time to time, so I was glad that the course was not basic, but took me to another level in my understanding of Indian cuisine.

Caroline, when you came up with the idea of a cookery and chocolatiering school and taught me some of the things you are going to share with your students, I realised what fun it is to learn with you. I thought I was an experienced cook but you took my cooking to another level and I have no doubt that the school is going to be a big success. Good luck!
