His two Michelin-listed Ambrette restaurants in Margate and Rye, known for their use of local and wild produce, are featured in all the major food guides including, AA, Good Food, Square Meal, Time Out and Harden’s.
His numerous awards include and ‘Best Restaurant 2013’ from Produced in Kent and ‘Best Restaurant in the South East’ from the Cobra Good Curry Guide 2013 and this month The Ambrette has been named ’Best Indian in the Country’ by Morrison’s magazine.
